MUSIC DISTRIBUTION

The following services are provided within the scope of our national radio promotion agreements. We are in touch with all outlets of the music industry in one facet or another. The following contracts in brief, will provide radio promotion for artist and or label material that we deem saleable and chart worthy.

A) PROMOTION AND DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT:
This contract will cover outlets generated from our information sources. This service is provided by our company in the following capacity: Radio stations, record distributors, dance reporters and other applicable outlets on a national level concerning your product. After we do the mailing we follow up with call outs to the sources and return to you with the information that we have compiled weekly.

B) PROMOTION DISTRIBUTION AND ASSUMED MANUFACTURE:
This agreement is similar in all aspects to the above, we do the mail out on this contract. We contact our distribution outlets on behalf of your label, sending them copies of your product. We make arrangements with distributors and in some instances retailers to purchase your product. We will assume manufacture of your merchandise upon demand, and pay your the royalty received from distributors.

C) MANUFACTURING PROMOTION AND DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT:
This contract provides all that contract (a) and (b) do with additional features. We manufacture the product contained in the contract from the start. We do the mailing and collect seventy percent of the wholesale selling price of the product for you. The remaining thirty percent is held for additional manufacturing and shipping, we take a five percent cut on this contract in addition to service fees. We service (600) radio stations nationally in the appropriate category. We also service sample copies to (125) distributors on a national level in the eight regions of the U.S. We track and supply you with the information gathered from (300) of the main and secondary market radio stations. Stations tracked and contacted are those affiliated with the leading music publications.

As stated above if after your material is evaluated by our staff, and we feel the material is capable of selling enough units for you to regain your investment, and also for the product to chart, we will inform you of such. Contracts are only issued on work that we consider to have quality value and high performance units production, or another value of uniqueness or novelty desirability
